I'm hoping to get back down to 120, but I mainly just want to be toned again. You don't look overweight at all in your display pic. So, what are you currently doing exercise and eating-wise? I'm running 30 minutes 5 days a week currently. I have no eating plan. Even if you do lose weight with what you are doing now, you are only going to gain it back later. I suggest eating 6 small meals a day. Breakfast should be your largest out of the six meals. If you eat chocolate, I suggest either completely cutting it out or restricting it to once a week in a small amount.
