I decided I'd had enough of this crap and joined a very popular program and as of the beginning of June 2008, I have lost 45 lbs. I turned 39 in February, and I am on a mission to lose another 55 lbs. to reach my goal weight of 150 lbs. Once I make it there, I may push myself to go a bit further, but at least I will be within my healthy weight.
