Make sure you stretch your legs real good also before you start anything. Also eat well too. Eat chicken, steak, rice, vegitables, fruits etc. But no beef, fries, soda, sugar, pizza etc... Pasta and rice are good because carbs is energy. But don't eat this unless you plan on working out! Also I recommend doing sit ups and pushups. I hate doing sit ups but after about 15 days @25 to 50 reps a day you will notice a difference, you will be able to do more as you progress, as well as your abs will turn themselves around!
