WeightLossFriends Advice from: gazzasasinger http://dev.weightlossfriends.com/my/advice/gazzasasinger I am a 50 year old D/J and Karaoke compere who loves to sing . I am a true romantic and love the company of an intelligent and funny woman . My daughter , who is 11 , is my world , and now that the weight is disappearing , i am finding the energy to be involved in her activities , rather than just being a voyeur . Travel is a passion and i have visited many countries . I still have the bug , and would love nothing better than meeting someone who shares my passion . I love to laugh and have a great sense of humour . I am looking forward to chatting with people who have undergone the bypass surgery that i have , and sharing their experiences . Please drop in and say hi , Take care , Garry . en-us Re: Are There Substantial Personal Risks To The Whole Weight Loss Surge Hi , Any surgery carries a real risk , but by-pass surgery does have quite a high mortality rate , dependant upon age weight and all round health . 1 in 20 is about the risk factor , but some surgeons have better records than others , so do your homework . Leaking from joins , blockages , diarrhia , constipation are other side effects , but all in all it is a worthwhile operation which i am so glad i had , the benefits in my case far outweighed the risks involved . I hope this helps , take care , Garry . gazzasasinger Mon, 03 Dec 2007 17:54:23 -0800 http://dev.weightlossfriends.com/q/are_there_substantial_personal_risks_to_the_whole_weight_loss_surgery_thing_6 126
