If you're already doing a lot of exercise, then what I would do is to try to make sure yuo're doing plenty of stretching, targeting the right areas, and doing cardio vascular work outs. In addition, try to cut out any bleached flour, other zero nutrition carbohydrates, oils, and caffeine. If you change up your diet to include more vegetables as well, you should be able to reach your weight loss goals without diet pills.
