WeightLossFriends Advice from: coffeecup http://dev.weightlossfriends.com/my/advice/coffeecup en-us Re: Is Dexapad Any Different, And Should I Try It? You really should stay away from such things. Even if Dexapad is the next best thing since sliced bread, those chemicals that do something to you and have the imact of helping you to lose weight always have a draw back. If they don't, then the side effects of such things might not exist, but then neither will any help from the taking of the supplement. Try to stick to diet & exercise, the classics, but continually recommended for a reason. coffeecup Mon, 27 Mar 2006 18:03:20 -0500 http://dev.weightlossfriends.com/q/is_dexapad_any_different_and_should_i_try_it_10 8 Re: How Do I Do Proper Sit Ups And Stomach Exercises? Best thing to do is to start off with your basic sit up. Lay down on your back with your knees bent at around a 60 degree angle. Next, curly your head & chest upwards, towards your bent knees. Hold your arms steady, and keep them locked in the same position curling up, and laying back down flat on the floor. The next step is to work on your lower abdominals, as that will only work the upper. To work your lower abs, try doing leg lifts and knee raises. Then make sure you do some exercises that focs on the obliques, as those are the last major muscle group for your mid section. If you can keep up a routine that does all three for at least 15 minutes every other day, you'll be on your way to a flatter mid section in no time. coffeecup Mon, 27 Mar 2006 17:45:27 -0500 http://dev.weightlossfriends.com/q/how_do_i_do_proper_sit_ups_and_stomach_exercises_1 7
