Not online. Go to a location close to you (home or work). Once you get moving on WW, you'll realize that you can actually get to your weight goal and do what they call "LIFETIME" which means you go in (at a minimum) once a month to weigh-in and it costs NOTHING!! As long as you don't go more than 2 lbs over your goal weight (which you set) -- it's free. The catch to that is lose about 5 lbs less than your goal weight and you'll be able to manage it better and you'll have the motivation to keep it down. WW is the best in my opinion because you learn how to eat healthier (no on is packaging your food). You're not a slave to a "PROGRAM" that they box up (and you pay for -- the food).
