Are there any negative side effects associated with Zalestra that someone should be aware of before purchasing this? I would like to purchase this but are unaware if there medical drawbacks

Some of the ingredients in zalestra do idividually cause side effects such as dizziness and vomiting. I think it contains DHEA which increases the risk of heart attacks. Before taking something like this you should consult a physician and make sure that itis right for you and that it won't interact with any of the medicationsyou may already be on.
