Workout routines
I used to be able to stick to my routine. I worked out every day, jogged, etc. I keep blaming my lack of discipline on lack of time, but find that when I do have time, I'm simply not motivated. The older I get the more I need to work out, but the less I feel like it. Any tips on finding motivation? Or is this one of those, just do it' deals?
Sometimes I feel the same way but I try and motivate myself by thinking about what I can reward myself with for reaching particular goals. Try and think of something realistic you can reward youself with if you exercise that day or consistently for a week.
