Weight loss regiment
I fell of the weight loss wagon and HAVE to get back on. Can you please advise me on a 4-week exercise regiment I can partake in for beginners?
Try a detox diet first to cleanse the system. I have tried to the whole body cleanse and felt much better getting rid of the sludge from fried foods, sugars, etc. Even when I didn't lose an ounce, the cleanse gave me a feeling of feeling more energetic and I felt sharper in the brain. Then you can start with some good foods free of fillers, sodium, etc. I dream of being thin again...I have the desire just need to get myself on the right track. Good luck to you.
