Please help
Please help me, i am 17 yrs old and weigh over 12st i exercise at least 4 times a week, am a member of my gym and do Karate. I have always been bigger built but am finding it hard to shed some pounds. I dont really have time to fit any more exercise into my week and i find if i dont go to my gym or karate i will put weight on, where as if someone that exercised as much as i do would lose weight. I feel that my body has become used to doing exercise and all i can do is cut down on what i eat. I really need some tips or help as other ways to lose weight. if anyone has advice for me please help.
Lauren - You may find that you will lose weight if you watch your portion sizes - many foods we eat, we are overeating because of the portion size

One thing that I have done to help with my metabolism is taking a B12 supplement in the morning. This helps me to feel more energenic and isn't harmful when taken as suggested. This is not diet pills, it is a vitamin. This could help strengthen your metabolism,,,just a thought.
