I hate the way I look and the way I feel.

I think about losing weight everyday but yet I eat, and eat and eat.

Is there any help for a me?

Try to change little things before making a bigger change. Once you get used to those, start making other changes. Also, don't think of
eating as a bad thing. Eating is GOOD! You just have to eat the right things. Cheating every once in a while is ok too. You can think of it as
reward. This is what I did and it works. Include more fiber into your diet. There are plenty of ways to make fruits and veggies taste better
than they sound. Also, cut out sodas. I don't even buy it anymore. All I drink is water and alot of it. Not only will drinking lots of water help you
to lose weight, it will also improve the condition of skin, hair, and nails. No more eating out! Even if I want to have a FAT day and eat every
thing in sight, I just go to the grocery store and get whatever I want. Any bad food from there is usually better than eating at a fast food
restaurant. And as much as I hate to say it, exercise, exercise, exercise. Not only will it speed up the weightloss process, but it increases
serotonin, the happy chemical in your brain. That's what makes you in a good mood and also gives you high self esteem. I hope I'm not
blabbering here. I have read many many articles, magazines, books, etc. about this very topic. I hope the knowledge I've acquired will
