My abs
I have been working out now for about two months. I see results, but not the type I would like to see. I weigh about 210lbs and trying to get down to about 180. I carry most of my weight in my gut. I need to know how to get rid of my 12 pack and get a 6 pack. I would like to keep gaining muscle mass ,but loss the FAT covering my abs. Please help
Start by biking around, the more you sweat the better. Running is also good. Make sure you stretch your legs real good also before you start anything. Also eat well too. Eat chicken, steak, rice, vegitables, fruits etc. But no beef, fries, soda, sugar, pizza etc...
Pasta and rice are good because carbs is energy. But don't eat this unless you plan on working out! Also I recommend doing sit ups and pushups. I hate doing sit ups but after about 15 days @25 to 50 reps a day you will notice a difference, you will be able to do more as you progress, as well as your abs will turn themselves around!
