Multivitamin means i can skip eating healthy right?
Ok, I know this isn't going to sound bad, but my laziness forces me to consider the idea. What if I just took a bunch of vitamins, you know those one a day things? If I do that, do I still need to eat healthy, or does taking those one a day multivitamins mean I can eat less healthy and just not worry? Thanks.
I think it is better to get nutrients from natural sources. One of my relatives is in very good shape but she is constantly not eating and relying on vitamins and she has so many health problems for her age. I don't think relying on any type of pill is good for you in the long run.
