Jazz it up with exercise
HELP!! I need to exercise. I try to find time in my busy schedule with children, work, and home. I was doing pretty good prior to the holidays before the weather changed, but I have not returned to any exercise regime since. I have not gained any of the weight back...nothing lost since. Any suggestions on how to keep fit around the house without buying an expensive piece of equipment?
Try traditional yoga. I started it 2 years ago. Feel great. You don't need any expensive equipment and can be done in your living room.
