I've put on a lot of weight - the "freshman fifteen"
Recently I moved into the college dorm to attend school. The trouble is since I moved into the dorms, I've put on a lot of weight - the 'freshman fifteen' which isn't good. I'd like to lose weight, as my gut is way too big. thanks.
Best thing to do..get up off the couch & exercise. Eat small portions in the dorms and don't overdo it. Hang out at the gym, go running, etc, and get outside.
