I need help i am 15 years old and i weight 103 pounds Can you help me?>
first of all you need to stop eating at night and to me night is consider 5pm ..
thats how i start gaining weight. and are you working out. i workout 30 min a day just running
on the treadmill and believe me w/ a good diet and at least 30 min of running you will instantly
see result in 1 month. Believe me. :) Good Luck.

Do not start any diets. Just eat right and excercise. Doing this will put you ahead of everyone..includeing me, who has been on diets all her life. Ive been to skinny ..to fat..and never really been content. You can only look and feel good about yourself with proper nutrition. Dont, please join the insanity of dieting. I am 41 and this year overwieght. I am just trying to learn to eat for nutrition and excercise for health. Look at people who do this..there hair is shiney, there muscles are strong they are content and healthy. Hope this guides you to good nutrition and excercise, instead of a lifetime of anguish.
