How to get back pre-pregnancy body

I had my son two months ago. At the end of my pregnancy I was over 190 lbs. I now weigh 156 lbs. I'm 5 ft 4 inches tall. I want to get down to about 130 lbs. What is the best way for me to reach my goal? I am a working mom who breastfeeds. Please help me.

The best thing to do is start a cardio work out routine, either before the baby wakes up in the AM or after they sleep at night. Make sure you stay away from unhealthy foods, and concentrate on aerobic exercise for 30 min sessions, at least 4 times a week.
