Help
Please help me find a strategy into losing weight again and keeping it off. I am a 27 yr old female at 194lbs. Last spring I started exercising and got down to 177lbs. and as you know by know i have gained it back. I was trying to finish school so i cut working out back and now im finished school have a nice job and really less stress then ever so i cant figure what's the problem with getting back motivated again. Please help, give me some advice on what I should do
