hi everyone this is my first time on here i joined weight watchers been on it a week as of saturday 10-7 and my first week i lost 8.8 pounds. I know this will probally not be the same results every week but i do need help in getting my rear end out to exercise any help.

That is great...I have not had much success with weight watchers. But if that works for you then stick with it. The next part is harder, exercise can be difficult if you haven't done it in a while. I find going to a gym can be disheartening when others around you are more interested in dressing to impress than just being there to work out. I end up either walking or just doing home video routines. There are so many out there. Try buying on Amazon.com or even find used ones on Ebay, etc. You can build a nice library with a reasonable amount of $.
