Fat thy's, legs and hips
I hate my legs, thy's and hips, because I think thay are to fat. I have a Jordan work out video and do it quite often. Nothing seems to work. How do I loose the weight fast?
I am the same, I keep weight on my lower body also. The thing that has worked well for me is the Tony Little Gazelle. It is low impact, cardio and it really targeted my legs and butt. This was the best $100.00 I have ever spent. It's fun cause I can stay at home to do it and I can watch all my favorite show while I am on the machine and it makes the time go by quickly. It has a calorie counter and a miles tracker on it so you can keep track of your workout. To loose weight and keep it off though, can not be done quickly. If you want to loose weight safely and for the long run, it may take a little more time than you want, but I tell you it works and if you do it 20-30 mins every other day, it will work and you will eventually want to do more.
Walking, more walking, and then some more after that. Try some of the more interesting exercise videos..they got a lot of different venues, bellydancing is fun as well as jazz, kickboxing, etc. Mix up the workouts. And add weights...weights build up the muscles. They are the fat burners on the body. If you lose to fast you lose muscle and you still have the fat. Been there, done that...
