Eating

hi everyone. all i want to do is eat all the time. when i'm not eating, i'm thinking about eating. and i've been exercising a lot lately too just to maintain my weight and even try and lose some. i think i may be bulimic, but i'm not really sure. i've already eaten so much cereal this morning it's disgusting. i just want to figure out how to control my eating so i don't have to do so much exercise. and plus, eating so much always makes me tired. thanks.
